Restorative Yoga

Our dedicated instructors also specialise in ‘Restorative Yoga’. Our aim is to assist our clients using gentle techniques to help make positive changes through personalised sessions. This gentle approach can also assist recovery including post surgery, trauma and other conditions. We also offer one-on-one and personalised classes. Restorative Yoga is also a great way to start your Yoga Journey.
